Payment Policy
This document outlines the binding Terms and Conditions governing the use of Aartees Education & Management Services Private Limited’s online payment process (Bank Transfer or Google Pay) for various courses and services. The following provisions are implemented to safeguard the interests of both Aartees and the enrolled student(s):

Student(s) Information Security: The information entered during the online payment process is deemed confidential and securely maintained. Aartees Education & Management Services Private Limited (“Aartees”) undertakes not to disclose any such information to third parties, with the exception of the designated payment gateway service provider.

Indemnification: Aartees shall not be held responsible for any damage or consequences resulting from the student’s use of the payment process. The student(s) agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold Aartees harmless from any demands, liabilities, losses, costs, and claims arising from the incorrect use of the online payment process.

Refunds and Failures: Aartees disclaims responsibility for any refunds resulting from failures in online payments. In instances where the amount is deducted but not credited to Aartees’ account before the transaction completion, students are obligated to promptly contact either the Bank or Aartees for resolution.

No Refund Eligibility: The student(s) acknowledges and agrees that, under no circumstances, will they be eligible for a refund of the payment made online.

Admission Discretion: Successful completion of the online application process and payment does not guarantee admission. Admission remains wholly at the discretion of Aartees, to be confirmed upon careful scrutiny of admission details. Aartees explicitly reserves the right to reject applications without providing reasons.

Fee Payment Responsibility: The student(s) bears the responsibility to ensure the timely and full payment of fees. Payment alone does not constitute acceptance. Upon successful completion of the online payment transaction, funds will be deducted from the debit card specified by the student(s), and payments will be credited to Aartees.

Application Cancellation: In the event that the student(s) fails to remit the required fee by the stipulated date, the application shall stand cancelled without prior notification.

Data Protection: Aartees shall not be held liable for protecting data from third parties if there is any failure on the part of the student(s) during the online payment process.

Information Use: The information provided during the online payment process may be utilized by Aartees for the purposes of registration of the student(s), statistical analysis, and internal use.

Payment Accuracy: Aartees expressly reserves the right to rectify any discrepancies in payments. In cases of overpayment or underpayment, Aartees will make necessary adjustments, and any outstanding balance shall be settled by the student(s).

Change in Fee Structure: Aartees retains the right to modify the fee structure for courses and services. Such changes will be communicated to the students in advance, and they shall be bound by the updated fee schedule.

Currency and Transaction Fees: For international payments, students may be subject to currency exchange rates and transaction fees. Aartees disclaims any responsibility for additional charges incurred during the payment process.

Payment Disputes: In the event of a payment dispute, it is incumbent upon the student(s) to promptly contact Aartees’ finance department within a specified timeframe for resolution. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any refund claims.

Late Fee: The course fee is payable as per the payment schedule provided. In the event of late payment, a Late Fee is leviable as follows:
- A Late fee of Rs.1000 + Taxes will be charged to the student if the installment is paid within 7 days from the due date published on the payment schedule.
- A Late fee of Rs.2500 + Taxes will be charged to the student if the fee is paid between 8 days from the due date to within 14 days from the due date as published on the installment schedule.
- If the Fee is not received within 14 days from the due date, then the student shall be considered a dropout. If the student wishes to continue with and complete the program, then re-joining can be accommodated as per course guidelines and re-scheduling process subject to seat availability.
Refund Policy
This section outlines the terms and conditions related to refund requests for fees paid by students:

Refund After Deductions: Even if valid requests for the refund of fees are received, the application money shall be refunded after deducting an administration fee of Rs.5000 and applicable taxes. Refund amount shall be transferred to the student’s account within 60 working days. In all other cases, no refund shall be made.

Late Fee: The course fee is payable as per the payment schedule provided. In the event of late payment, a Late Fee is leviable as follows:
- A Late fee of Rs.1000 + Taxes will be charged to the student if the installment is paid within 7 days from the due date published on the payment schedule.
